On top of that they are always so friendly, welcoming and create such a fun vibe and energy every time. They pay a lot of attention to your form and make sure you’re working out to your full potential. 100% recommend.

The owners and the trainers are so welcoming and supportive, they offer so much advice and assistance for you to get the best out of your training. The music is always pumping and it’s a positive, fun place to train.

The trainers are encouraging and motivating and they genuinely want the best experience for every single member. It is owner-operated by the most lovely people, so you can expect a supportive atmosphere. Also, no two workouts are the same - the variety will keep you on your toes!

The trainers would provide corrective instructions to your form as required. Good space , plenty of street parking available. Highly recommended this studio!

I recommend anyone who would love to have a go but feel a little trepidation about it then this is the place for you.
